Meeting virtually on Zoom

The Inner Peace Incubator is open to all, whether you’ve never meditated before, or you’re a seasoned pro!

“Normally, I shy away from group events, but Lorna created such a safe space which made being in a group feel magical.

Being in the presence of others who were tapping into their inner voices seemed to amplify the experience.

It was amazing to see the similarities that came through the experience for everyone involved.

Truly makes you realize how connected we all are, which in and of itself is such a gift.”

I don’t know about you, but over here it’s felt like a pretty heavy few months, even for someone with a lot of built-in privilege.

Being years into my meditation practice now, I can say with certainty that connecting with my deepest and wisest self in this way is THE thing that has gotten me through some of the most harrowing times in my adult life. And not just helped me survive, but helped me thrive on the other side, and even in the MIDST of scary times.

Connecting with my body, my inner voice (what I like to call our soul essence and access to unconditional love), and giving my mind a well-deserved break in this practice has pretty literally kept me sane I think. But not only that, it regularly reconnects me to my inner source of joy, creativity, and peace (even when things look bad), regulates my nervous system, and helps me generally feel way more capable in my life.

Over the month of January (and longer), I’ve been sitting with…What can I do in these times? How can I support the communities that need it? What do I have to give that could maybe also nourish me at the same time?

I’m not the smartest or most well-resourced when it comes to legal, government, healthcare, immigration, or lots of other areas of life being affected right now…

BUT I know how to access inner peace even when things look impossible. And I know how to be relentless when it comes to returning to that place over and over again, and growing those inner muscles. I know how to find deep inner truths that calm the storm, and have guided so many in how to get there too. And what a powerful place to take action from!

Here’s my inner voice’s take on this pivotal time:

We as individuals have more power than we think we do.

What does freedom mean to you, inner voice?

“The ability to live in peace and truth and possibility, to live unfettered. To live in love.”

How can we live in freedom even if it feels like we’re being stripped of our rights?

“It feels like trying to grasp water, trying to hold water in your hands. It’s not going to stay, it’s going to flow through your fingers, evaporate, absorb into your skin. It is flexible.

This is what the laws and things try to do, they try to put an imperfect box around things, when you are water. You might forget that you’re water—Doesn’t mean you’re not water.

You always have the ability to transform. No government can do that for you or take that away from you.

And—You forget that your inner voice, or your intuition, your inner knowing, is always going to be guiding you and you always have the option to listen.

It looks hopeless and restrictive to the mind because the mind forgets it has this resource available at all times, in all places, in all spaces, in all situations. Of course the world is ending if it thinks it has to run the world by itself. It doesn’t have the capacity to, the awareness or the vision to do that.”

“You need your inner vision more than ever.”

Meet your Host:

  • Lorna Stell is an Inner Voice Facilitator and teacher based in Salem, MA.

Her specialty is helping people shift from fear and stress to living from their inner wisdom, for a life of more ease, pleasure, and clarity.

After a chronic illness flare-up turned spiritual awakening in 2018, Lorna realized she had an inner knowing that wanted to guide her towards vitality, unconditional self-love, and freedom. It’s been a continual journey in that direction ever since.

Today, she guides her clients to deepen their relationship with their inner voice (soul essence, inner wisdom) so they can release the beliefs, unprocessed emotions, and physical symptoms holding them back from the life they desire. Ultimately, her work is all about love of the self and love of the body.

What past attendees had to say:

“It inspired me to make more time to be quiet and listen to my inner voice :)

[I now have] new awareness of tension in my body and when I pay attention and send me breath there, it can dissipate rather than grow.

Lorna is so welcoming, nonjudgmental and she makes the topics very approachable. Lorna is amazing at holding space and encouraging us to get curious about our own minds, bodies and emotions.”

“[Before this event] It’s been challenging to surrender to the inner voice guidance. My mind oftentimes doesn’t quite trust that what the inner voice is saying is actually what in my best and highest good and likes to take the reigns and try to control situations. It’s been a struggle to fully surrender into trusting.

[After this event] It does feel different! I oftentimes feel like there’s what feels like a big dam blocking the flow of things (creativity, life direction, etc..). When my mind thinks of this, it feels like an impossible feat to break down the dam and allow the flow back in. Like it would be this forceful, tumultuous, destructive upheaval to breakdown & reconstruct this sam to its natural flow.

But during the session, through Lorna’s guidance, my inner voice lovingly showed me that it doesn’t need to be an upheaval. Instead, it can be soft and slow, removing one brick from the dam at a time to naturally allow the flow to re-engage. This feels so much more manageable and gentle for my mind, like it’s willing to get on board with this way of letting flow in. And magically, since this event, aligned opportunities for allowing more creativity and follow through with inner voice guidance have been trickling in. It feels like such a gift!

I loved your [analogy] of the shaken up coke bottles re: bubbles & emotions. Makes so much sense and it feels so good to have that titrated release. I think this analogy helped me realize that release doesn’t have to be some explosive thing, it can be softer and more controlled.

Lorna is an expert at holding compassionate space & asking the right questions that immerse you deeper into yourself. Her naturally intuitive nature makes you and your soul feel deeply held and seen. You’ll be drawn in by her presence and will be wanting to work with her on repeat since she has a way of reminding you what your essence sounds like.

More, please!”

“[This event] helped me be able to let go and be fully present in my body.

[My favorite part was] feeling the calm and at peace and feeling the tension in my body wash away.

Do it! I loved walking away feeling so much more present and peaceful.“

—Tessa

“Only good came out of being alone with my thoughts during the meditation, so I’ll feel more comfortable trying it more often.

[My favorite part was] the feeling of connection to the other participants and the feeling of safety in the experience.

Don’t be afraid to just try it, you’ll feel safe, you don’t have to share anything you don’t want to.

Everyone was really nice and friendly, I felt a part of something magical, and I would go to another one.”

—Nichole

“[My favorite part was] the group setting and everyone being able to share their experiences with no judgement.

“This event was awesome and you should definitely run it more often!”
